Christopher Savoie, an American jailed in Japan. Claiming rights to his kids and has sole custody.
Christopher Savoie and Isaac and Rebecca
Noriko Savoie had the kids for the summer, however Christopher Savoie has sole custody of the two children. Here's the thing ----- Noriko(the ex-wife) is a citizen of Japan and the laws for custody in Japan are totally different from the ones here in the United States.
Isaac and Rebecca are Christopher Savoie's kids. A handsome son and a beautiful daughter of a courageous man, that took the law in his own hands to get them back when their mom snatched them away from United States soil that protected them and which had given them legally to their father.
Court documents state that Noriko hinted that she would take the kids----So, a temporary restraining order was issued. It was short lived-because it was lifted following a hearing.
What is the law in Japan on Family Law child custody cases?
Well, they govern by traditional beliefs....--------->>
1) Parental abductions are not considered a crime.
2) When a marriage ends, one parent usually makes a total and complete break from the child's life.
So, where do we stand in the case of Christopher and Noriko's case?
Well, Christopher went to Japan, and grabbed his kids while the mom walked them to a school there.
He drove them to the United States Consulate, so the kids could obtain passports.
But------Guess What? The ex-wife called the Japan police and they were there at the US Consulate when our fellow American arrived with his kids.
He is in jail now! Christopher Savoie is charged with the abduction of minors and it is a sentence that carries up to 5yrs. in prison.
Here in the United States, the ex-wife Noriko Savoie is a FUGITIVE!
USA, has no jurisdiction in Japan. Christopher is currently in jail awaiting trial.
1980 Hague Convention on international child abduction.
This international agreement standardizes laws, only among participating countries.
And the catch 22----Japan is not a participanting country of this law.

Four (4) Teenagers Charged w/murder of: Derrion Albert
Derrion Albert
Thank God! There has been leads in the case which lead to the arrest of four(4) teens that brutally beat "Derrion Albert" to death. The young boys used railroad ties to hit and their feet to stomp in this deadly assualt. Derrion Albert, was meerly a passer byer of a huge street brawl that was already fully involved. His walk home on what seemed a normal and typical day, did not turn out to be so normal and typical for him at all......It would be ultimately, his finally walk home from school. It would be the last day the ones that loved him would see him alive. It would be the last of those Honor Day programs that he would attend (Honor Student). It was a day that changed my life and made me realize what I can do to make a difference and serve the world in a useful, productive and passionate way.
Thanks Derrion Albert! I found my passion because of your story......
May God Keep You Close.

Tasha Hill---Beating at Cracker Barrel in Morrow, Georgia
Tasha Hill---Beating at Cracker Barrel in Morrow,Georgia.
HERE is an INTERVIEW that gives us a little more information on the incident.
Question: If she spat on him, does that gives him just cause to assault her in any matter? Is race a factor? Should it be? How can we improve the quality of life for all races and especially for our kids?
Ginger Ellis is a sweetheart.....Troy West is a racist! Can he change, can racist people become non racist?
